I've been experiencing headaches lately, so I went to see a doctor. My blood pressure came in at 130100, which is quite different from two years ago when it was usually around 11070. The doctor told me to keep an eye on my BP for the next five days. My blood work was mostly okay, but they did find my CRP levels were at 6 and my sodium was a little low, around 133. I've been feeling tired all day too. What could be going on with me?

I'm really concerned because for the last three months, my heart has been skipping beats every half an hour or so. My blood pressure is recorded at 14090. I've seen a cardiologist and had tests like an echo, ECG, and holter done. My doctor has put me on Olmesar 20 for my blood pressure and Ciplar LA 20 mg for 15 days. I'm experiencing some pain in my chest on the right side of my body, especially when I take a deep breath. It's hard to pinpoint the exact spot, but it feels like it's near the upper part of my back. The pain gets intense with certain movements and when I breathe deeply. This happened about a year ago too, and the doctor did an ECG, but everything checked out fine back then. I don't have any other symptoms, and everything else seems normal. Could it be from bad posture while sleeping or sitting, or maybe it's a severe acidity problem? What do you think is causing this?
