I've been experiencing this issue where I cough up blood sometimes in the morning. I went to the doctor, and they said all my tests like blood work and X-ray look fine, even checked my bulgum. But I constantly feel like I have a cough stuck in my throat area. What could be causing this if all my reports are fine? Should I be worried about something else?

I'm really worried about my father. About ten days ago, he had a fever, but thankfully, it's been gone for the last five days. However, his SpO2 levels are really concerningthey drop to around 52-55 when he's sleeping and are only 85-92 while he's awake, no matter whether it's day or night. He's been snoring for years now.
