Question

I've been experiencing a lot of hair fall and breakage lately, especially at the point where my new hair growth meets the area that was treated with keratin three months ago. It's really noticeable every time I wash or brush my hair. Do you think I should stick with the Cacau shampoo and conditioner I've been using, or would another hair treatment help stop the hair fall? What would you suggest?

Keratin-treated hair can be prone to breakage, especially where the treated hair meets the new growth. _Shampoo and Conditioner_ 1. _Switch to a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo_: Consider a shampoo specifically formulated for keratin-treated hair or damaged hair. 2. _Use a moisturizing conditioner_: A deep conditioning treatment can help repair and restore your hair's moisture balance. _Hair Treatments_ 1. _Hair mask_: Apply a hair mask once or twice a week to provide an intense dose of moisture and nourishment. 2. _Hair oil_: Use a hair oil rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, such as argan oil, coconut oil, or olive oil, to help repair and protect your hair. 3. _Protein treatment_: Consider a protein-based treatment to help repair and strengthen your hair. _Reduce Breakage_ 1. _Be gentle when combing_: Use a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush to gently comb out your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up. 2. _Avoid heat styling_: Try to minimize heat styling or use a heat protectant spray to help prevent damage. 3. _Get regular trims_: Regular trims can help prevent split ends and breakage.
