I've been experiencing a lot of stiffness in my chest lately, and sometimes there's this pain that pops up on the left side, right side, or even in the center of my chest. I've had a chest CT, blood tests, and even an abdominal CT and ultrasound, and everything seems to come back normal. It's just really confusing and a bit worrying. What could be causing this if all the tests are normal?

I've been experiencing some chest tightness on and off for the past 1.5 years. It'll usually happen and last for about 2 minutes, making it hard to breathe or move my upper body. Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to get some water and felt the same tightness with a slight pain in my chest and heart. I went to a cardiologist and had an ECG and a 2D echo test, but they both came back normal. The doctor advised me to rest, and I did, but the chest tightness keeps happening. Why is this still going on? Could there be another cause, and should I see someone else for this? Any ideas on what might be causing it?

I'm feeling really worried because I've been having these sharp chest pains, especially on the left side when I breathe heavily. Sometimes it comes with a really bad headache and neck pain, plus I'm getting breathless a lot. My throat feels sore too, and I just can't seem to relax or focus at work anymore. I get tired really fast and all my energy just drains away. I spoke to my family doctor, but he just said it's work stress and my eating habits causing gastric issues. I'm not sure that's all it is. Do you think there's something more going on that I should be looking into?

I've noticed my blood pressure has been fluctuating between 130 to 170 recently, but from yesterday, it's been around 140 to 156. What's really been worrying me is that my diastolic pressure stays pretty high, always between 90 and 110. I had an ECG done yesterday and it came back normal, and my TMT from last month was also fine. I do have a history of anxiety and I'm on medication for it, but my blood pressure usually stays normal even when I'm anxious. It's just been high for the past 4-5 days and I'm not sure what's causing it. What do you think I should do? Oh, and why is my diastolic pressure always high? I've had some mild chest pain sometimes too. Can you help me figure this out?
