I've been experiencing this strange sensation on my hands, neck, and legs like something crawling on my skin, but there's nothing there. It's like the hair on my skin is moving or standing up. I don't have any itching or rashes, though. This just started happening yesterday, and I'm not sure how to deal with it. Should I see a doctor, or is there something I can do at home?
