Question
I've been experiencing this weird feeling of shortness of breath that just comes out of nowhere and then disappears. It's odd because it doesn't mess with my sleep at all - I'm still getting like 8 hours at night. I also make sure to walk for about 2 hours every day and have no other symptoms at all. No fever, no cough, nothing. The strange part is that it only pops up when I'm alone or not doing anything. When I'm busy or eating, it doesn't happen. Ive even checked my pulse, blood pressure, sugar, and oxygen levels, and everything is normal according to my doctor. They just gave me pan 40 and tryptomar tablets. It usually hangs around for 3 to 4 days, then I'm okay for a bit, and out of the blue, it might start up again, maybe in a month or so. I already know I have acid reflux and am on treatment for it, but I still get it sometimes. Can you help me figure out why this might be happening?
