Question

I've been feeling this burning sensation in my stomach along with constant burping, and it's making me really uncomfortable. It also feels like there's this gurgling in my chest and throat. When I drink water, I notice a sort of gurgle as it reaches my stomach, almost like there's bubbling happening inside. Could this be something serious, or maybe just indigestion?

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with my recent diagnosis from Apollo Hospital. They found 5 ulcers in my digestive tract and said I have IBD, specifically Crohn's disease, along with cough variant asthma.
