I'm experiencing a lot of excess heat in my body, and it's causing a bunch of side effects like loose motions, a really strong smell during urine and bowel movements, and burning sensations in my throat and when I pee. I'm looking at my Widal test report, and I'm not quite sure how to understand it. It says S. Typhi O and S. Typhi H are 1:80 positive, while S. Para Typhi A and B are both negative. Does this mean my typhoid levels are high, medium, or low? Also, should I be changing anything in terms of my medication or diet and water habits?
