I've been noticing a lot of blood before my stool lately and I'm pretty concerned. What could this mean? Is it something I need to worry about?

I'm really concerned right now because I've been experiencing this tightness in my chest, and it feels like something is stuck in my throat. It's making it really difficult for me to sleep.
