I've been feeling this weird pin prick sensation on the sole of my foot whenever I walk or put pressure on my toe. It's not like a bunch of needles, just feels like one sharp point. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

Although it is unlikely that these are symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, it is advisable to have your blood sugar values tested for confirmation. It is best to consult a Dermatologist for further evaluation.

View allI've been dealing with dark skin around my underarms and bikini area for a while now, and I've tried so many creams but they haven't helped. I'm really hoping there's something else I can do to lighten these areas. Any advice would be great!
For dark skin on underarms and bikini areas, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice; in the meantime, try these evidence-based remedies: kojic acid or licorice extract creams, turmeric paste, lemon juice with sugar, or cucumber and aloe vera gel, and maintain good hygiene, avoid harsh hair removal methods, and wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce friction and irritation.
