Question

I've been having this chronic dry mouth and really bad breath, so my general physician suggested an Upper G.I Endoscopy and some other tests. Everything else like stool and urine tests came back normal, but the Endoscopy showed I've got mild antral gastritis. I went to see a gastroenterologist and took the prescribed meds for about three weeks, but sadly, there's been no improvement. Can you recommend any medicines or treatments specifically for mild antral gastritis? I'm really looking for some relief here.

I'm dealing with some chest heaviness and trouble breathing, especially in the evenings and at night. Ive had acid reflux before, and now I'm taking doxycycline since I'm COVID positive.
