I've been having a fever for the past three days and it's really starting to worry me. On top of that, I've been dealing with some serious stomach issueslike a lot of gas and stomach achesover the last couple of days. Its all leaving me feeling super weak, almost like I'm having fits. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a gastrointestinal infection along with fever and weakness. I recommend taking Acetaminophen for fever (e.g. Tylenol) and Simethicone for excessive gas (e.g. Gas-X). Additionally, you can take an antacid for stomach ache (e.g. Tums) and make sure to stay hydrated. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
