I've been having frequent nosebleeds for the past three days, and yesterday it happened three times. Should I be worried about this, and is there anything specific I should do or avoid?

Frequent nosebleeds can be concerning. It is important to determine the underlying cause. In the meantime, you can use over-the-counter nasal decongestant spray like Afrin. Apply 2-3 sprays in the affected nostril every 12 hours. Additionally, you can use a saline nasal spray like Ocean Spray to keep the nasal passages moist. Apply 2-3 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day. If the nosebleeds persist, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
