Question

I've been having this lingering neck pain and a cough that just doesn't seem to go away. It's starting to make me feel really uneasy. On top of that, I've been experiencing ear pain and feeling more tired lately. I had TB in the past, and I'm worried this might be related. Could these symptoms be connected to my previous infection, or is it something else entirely?

I'm dealing with some chest pain that's been bothering me since January. I've done an ECG, echo, TMT, chest X-ray, and sputum test, and everything came back normal. The pain has decreased a bit since then, but it's still there. Plus, every morning at around 5 am, phlegm comes up, and I notice a bit of a cough when I exercise. Also, my chest starts getting irritated when I sit in an A.C. environment. Could you suggest some precautions or any advice on what might help? I'm really looking for some guidance here.
