I've been having a lot of pain around my throat, especially near my neck. These pains have been on and off for a while, but for the past 34 days, they've gotten worse. I've noticed a small lump near my Adam's apple, almost like a clot. Has anyone experienced something like this? What should I do?

I've been having this really weird feeling for the past few days where I feel like I'm being choked while I'm asleep. It's like a tightness in my throat that makes me feel like I can't breathe.
