Question
I've been having this pain around my right collar bone and shoulder, and it gets worse when I sneeze, cough, or take a deep breath. It's really bothering me when I move my arms, and even when I lean on my left shoulder, the pain kicks in. What could be causing this? Should I be worried or get it checked out?

This type of pain can be caused by muscle strain, injury, or inflammation. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can try taking over-the-counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Additionally, applying ice to the affected area and avoiding activities that worsen the pain can also be helpful. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to seek further evaluation from a healthcare professional.
