Question

I've been having this pain between my shoulder and elbow on my right arm when I wake up in the morning. It's been happening for the past month or two. I usually sleep on my left side, and I've had some fractured vertebrae diagnosed in my mid-upper back along with osteoporosis. Most of the time, the pain lessens after an hour or two, but today it was really bad. Could this be related to my previous back issues or osteoporosis? What should I do about this?

use zerodal mr and If the pain becomes severe or persists for longer periods, or if you begin to notice symptoms such as numbness, tingling, weakness, or difficulty moving your arm, its important to seek medical attention immediately, as these could be signs of more serious nerve involvement.
