I've been having this really annoying itching around my anus, especially at night and in the evening. It almost feels like something's crawling around in there. I'm a 21-year-old guy, and I've been trying to cut back on sweets, hoping it might help. Do you know what could be causing this, and is there any medicine I should try? If you can suggest something, could you also let me know how and when to take it?
