I've been having this recurring sore throat and dry cough gale ki kharash that shows up every few months. It's becoming quite bothersome and I'm starting to worry. What could be causing this, and is there anything I should do or change to prevent it from coming back?

I've had a chest X-ray and an endoscopy of my throat, and everything seemed okay. The doctor performed a nose endoscopy and cauterized it, and it didn't bleed for four days. I'm currently taking Augmentin 625 and Doxolin 400, but my throat infection is still not getting better. I started Montemac FX today and also began Atorvastatin for my high cholesterol.
