I've been having this sharp pain on the right side below my chest for the last couple of days, especially when I breathe. My blood pressure seems normal, but my pulse rate is over 100. I'm a bit worried about what could be going on. Can you help me understand what might be causing this?

I'm a bit concerned because for the past three days it feels like something's stuck in my chest. It all started after I felt like food was coming back up from my stomach into my food pipe one night. Since then, I've been burping a lot after meals and drinks. What could be going on?

It's been going on for a while, and even though I had an echo and ECG done a few months ago that were normal, I'm still worried. I also take medication for blood pressure. What could be causing these symptoms?
