I've been having some trouble with my nose while running; there's a sharp pain, and it just won't stop running. I heard it might be due to DNS. How much would treatment for this cost in Hyderabad?

I'm really worried about my 2-month-old son's hearing. He didn't pass the OAE test, and when we went for the BERA test, the right ear showed no response, and the left only a slight response at higher thresholds.
