I've been having this weird sensation, like something's crawling in my right ear, but every time I look, I can't find anything. When I use earphones, it feels kinda hollow in that ear, and I've been getting these intense headaches sometimes too. The eye doctor mentioned it might be from dry eyes after my LASIK. Now, I'm feeling some slight pain in my right ear and a bit of numbness. What do you think could be going on, and should I be worried?
