I've been having this weird vibration feeling at the tip of my penis since yesterday and sometimes there's this inflammation after peeing. Not too long ago, I was treated for a burning sensation during urination and I took some antibiotics like ceftum and cefixime, but they haven't helped much yet. I've also been feeling some pain in my lower abdomen and back. What do you think I should do?
