I've been hearing this strange noise coming from the back of my head, just above my neck, mostly on the right side. It happens when I move my head upwards or try to lean back. Plus, I get this neck pain on the right side whenever I spend too much time looking down. I've had this long-standing sinusitis issue on the right side, and it's been a real troublemaker. My neck hurts, I get headaches on that side, and sometimes even throat issuesall these come and go at random. What could be going on with me?

I'm really worried about this ongoing issue I've been having. It all started with just one nostril being stuffy, and I thought it was just a regular flu or runny nose, so I didn't pay much attention and took some over-the-counter meds. I've been experiencing this weird click sensation in my throat whenever I swallow, almost like something is shifting around in there. It's not painful, but there's this constant feeling of something being there, and its seriously annoying, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I have this lingering cough sensation too, but it's mostly just an odd feeling rather than a full cough. I did drink a lot of alcohol for over a year, which I thought might be the cause, but Ive stopped drinking for the last month and a half, yet the problem persists. I've tried looking up stuff on Google but ended up more confused. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get rid of this discomfort?
