Question
I've been noticing that I'm sighing a lot, like every 5 to 10 minutes I'm taking a deep breath. Occasionally I can't seem to get a full deep breath. This started about 4 days ago and it's got me a bit worried. I don't have any chest pain, and my normal breathing is fine. Do you think this could be an allergy thing, something with my lungs, or maybe even my heart? I'm also yawning frequently. For context, I weigh 80 kg and I'm 169 cm tall. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on 25 mcg of thyronorm. Could any of this be linked?
