Question

I've been noticing this issue with my calf muscles for almost a year now. Every night when I lie down to sleep, I feel this persistent pain in my leg, and it's even worse during the winter months. The discomfort just doesn't seem to go away. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can find some relief?

. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general surgeon
