Question

I've been noticing these dark brown spots on my thighs and legs. They don't itch, but I'm worried because they seem to be spreading. My mom thinks it could be from heat. I've also got a couple of spots on my stomach that start off red before turning brownish. Could this be something serious? What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
