Question

Ive been noticing these patches on my skin that have popped up in places like my armpits and the backs of my elbows and knees, and theyre really itchy. Should I be worried about these rashes? What could be causing them? I'm not sure if this is something serious or just a skin irritation. Any advice on what I should do or how to treat it would be really helpful.
