I've been noticing these small black scabs on my scalp that just won't go away. They look like thick, rough patches of dead skin, but the rest of my scalp seems clean and dandruff-free. What's going on here? Could this be something serious?

I've been struggling with pimples on my face and decided to visit the doctor, who recommended the Melacare cream. I started using it, but now I'm dealing with some side effects like redness, itching, and even skin lightening. The tricky part is if I stop applying it, my face breaks out in pimples almost immediately. I'm really stuck on what to do next. Could you suggest any alternative remedies or a way to stop using this cream without making my skin issues worse?

I accidentally burned my leg pretty badly on the silencer of my bike a few days ago. It's been 5 days, and instead of getting better, it's looking worse. The skin is stretching and really hurting, plus there's a liquid-filled bubble on the wound. It's about 4 cm in diameter, circular, very dark, and really sensitive now. I'm not sure what ointment to use or what precautions to take. Any advice?
