I've been noticing these small heart flutters and tiny head rushes almost every day in the early evening, and they're always really brief. I had an ECG about a year ago and everything seemed alright back then, but last night around 8 pm, I had a much more intense one while I was just sitting down, and it really caught me off guard. I'm an ex-smoker, keep myself decently fit with moderate exercise, and I'm not overweight. Should I be worried about this bigger episode, or could it be related to something specific?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking Telvas H and Nebicard 2.5 along with Amaryl M1, but recently she's been having these heart palpitations and feeling super uneasy after taking the Amaryl. Can you have a look at this EKG for me? I've been having a really tough time with chest discomfort that spreads to my left arm, back, and abdomen. Went to the ER and they did an EKG; the heart doctor said it was normal. They sent me home with meds for acidity and anxiety, but Im feeling even worse now, like it might be a heart attack. So I went to another hospital where they did another ECG, but no cardiologist checked it. Im having body shivers and tremors but no chills. My stomach's also upset, with loose motions a lot because of IBS and GERD, and I ate chocolates today which are the worst for GERD. Should I get a troponin test done? Its really expensivecan I skip it? Any advice would be helpful.

I'm having trouble breathing when I lie on my back, and I've been dealing with chest pain. There's no constant cough, but I do cough sometimes, and I haven't had a fever. I've also been experiencing nausea and the urge to vomit, along with shortness of breath. Every now and then, my head spins, and I start sweating and feeling numbness in my body. It's been about 57 days now with the breathing trouble, short breath, and chest painshould I be worried? Is it safe for me to visit a hospital right now?
