Ive been noticing that throughout the day, my palms and feet feel really hot, and other people have even remarked on how warm they get when they touch them. Could you let me know what might be causing this and if theres any treatment I should consider?

You may have an highly active metabolism which can result in feeling hot internally. You should however opt to get a panel of tests done in order to rule out specific illnesses. Recommended tests include CBC, HbA1C, TFT, RFT and LFT. If these reports are normal, there should be no cause for concern.

I'm really worried about my dad. For the past few days, he's been complaining of severe back pain and just seems super tired. He's also been having trouble breathing normally, like he has to take deep breaths and it's kinda like he's struggling. Plus, he feels like he might vomit but hasn't actually thrown up. Everything else seems okay, like his bathroom habits and appetite, but you can just tell by looking at him that he's exhausted. What could be going on with him?
