Question
I've been noticing that since yesterday, everything sounds kind of echoed. It's like someone is talking to me through a hollow pipe right next to my ear. And today, I've started having a mild headache. Could this be a stress-related issue because I had an intense week with non-stop phone calls using in-ear headphones for about 8 hours each day? Or should I be concerned about something else going on?

The continuous use of in-ear headphones for long hours can sometimes lead to such problems. I recommend taking a break from using headphones and giving your ears some rest. You can also try using over-the-counter ear drops like Debrox to help with any ear congestion. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to consult with an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.
