Question

I've been riding my bike a lot lately, and now my shoulder bone is really hurting. It's getting to the point where I can't even drive or lift anything. Should I be worried that it's something serious, or is this just normal soreness?

The shoulder pain you're experiencing while driving your bike could be due to repetitive strain, poor posture, or overuse, but it's essential to consult an orthopedic specialist to rule out any underlying conditions such as shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injury, or cervical radiculopathy; in the meantime, try applying ice packs, stretching, and taking regular breaks while driving to alleviate the discomfort.
