I've been struggling with a fungal infection for about a month now and have tried four different lotions like Ringguard, Itchguard, Clostargm, and Funzimx, but nothing seems to be working. Can you suggest what else I might do or use to finally get rid of this issue? I'm really unsure about what step to take next and would appreciate any advice.
