Question

I've been struggling with this issue for the past two years where I can't fully penetrate my girlfriend because my erection doesn't stay hard enough, and I end up ejaculating within just a few seconds, even before actually getting in. The only way I can manage penetration is if I take kutub 30x 50mg or penegra 50mg about an hour before we're intimate. I'm really unsure about what's going on, and I'd appreciate any advice you might have on how to deal with this. Can you help?
