I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm really worried about my lungs. I had basal pneumonia with findings of hyperinflated lungs and some hazy densities in the right lower lung. Ive been on cefpodoxime 200mg twice a day for 10 days.
