Question

I've been using my Fitbit for a few weeks and noticed my heart rate usually tops out at 120 BPM. But today, while just walking, it spiked to 162 BPM in the afternoon. What might be causing this? Is this something I should be worried about?

Probable diagnosis is ventricular fibrillation. Advised an ecg,cardiac markers and echo for evaluation..
