I've been worried ever since I was cleaning my tongue a couple of days ago and noticed some blood coming out from my throat in clots. It kind of looked like saliva. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

What's going on with me? The right side of my throat is really swollen with this big white pus pocket in the tonsillar crypt and my lymphoid is swollen too. I'm a 24-year-old guy and I've always been really skinnylike, my whole life. I'm around 55 kg, and nothing I've tried in terms of medicines or treatments seems to help me gain weight. I've also got a couple of other issues. My left ear veins aren't working right, so I can't hear out of it, and I'm starting to go bald even though I'm pretty young. Plus, I have this bad habit of chewing tobacco, which I know can't be helping. I'm really eager to figure out how to get healthier and maybe even bulk up a bit. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what I could do?
