Question

I've developed some rashes on my hips that resemble an infection and they're really itchy. I tried using itch guard but it didn't help. I'm quite concerned about it. Could you please advise me on what to do next?

Sounds like you may have a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing. If the rash does not improve or worsens, please follow up with a healthcare provider.
