Question
I've done a semen culture, and they found klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneumoniae. My doctor is saying I should take gentamicin 80mg, but I've read online about a bunch of side effects. I'm worried and not sure if I should go ahead with this injection. Can you give me some advice?

Gentamicin is a suitable treatment option for Klebsiella pneumoniae infections, considering its broad-spectrum antibiotic properties.
