I've got this really painful issue down there. I had a skin tag and someone suggested I use garlic paste on it. But now, my anus and the area around it are badly burned, and it's super painful. The skin turned white and red in places. I'm not sure what to do about it, and I'm really worried. Can you advise me on how to deal with this?
