I've got these big, irregular white patches on the side and underneath my scrotum, and they've been itching like crazy. It's been going on for about 56 months, and I think it's because of the sweating. I just noticed the patches recently. Should I be worried about this?

I've been noticing these random itchy swellings all over my body, like they can pop up anywhere from my head to my legs, even my lips sometimes. It got me thinking if it might have something to do with eating oily foods, because that's when it seems to happen more. I've been struggling with my lips being dry, chapped, and sticky pretty much all year round. It's honestly driving me crazy! Sometimes they're so dry that they hurt, and they're always sticky, which makes speaking really frustrating. I've even attached some photos. Any idea what's going on or what I can do about it?
