I've had COVID twice, once in September 2020 and again in April 2021. Since then, I've been feeling quite breathless. I'm worried if there might be any underlying disease causing this or if this is just a common after-effect of the virus. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I'm having this issue where I keep needing to clear my throat, and sometimes in the morning, there's this black stuff in my sputum. A doctor once told me to take Montair FX daily for 20 days. I'm really worried because I tested positive for COVID-19 on May 4th, but luckily I had no symptoms and stayed in home isolation without needing steroids or oxygen. I've been experiencing some mild fatigue and sometimes a bit of a cough, but nothing serious, and I had congestion for just a couple of days. I've been taking Montekulsta for 10 days now. My breathing seems fine, but whenever I do steam inhalation, I notice white phlegm with black streaks in it. There's no phlegm if I skip the steam. Ive been like this for two days and my sugar levels after meals are around 158. Should I be concerned about black fungus infection and go for any specific tests to rule it out?
