Question

Ive had this hard lump at the base of my skull, around 1.5 cm in size, and it's located on my occipital lobe. It's been there for about six months and recently got a bit bigger. It's occasionally itchy and causes mild pain. I've also been dealing with a persistent throat infection for a long time now. Im a bit worried about these symptoms. Could this be something serious?

I've been dealing with this weird ear issue for a few months now.
