Question

I've had a minor skin surgery recently, and my doctor recommended I get a CBP. I noticed in my report that my RBC and RDW levels are higher than normal, while my MCH, MCV, and MCHC are lower. Should I be worried about this? I'm generally healthy and don't have any symptoms that seem concerning to me. Can you help me understand what this might mean?

Your RBC and RDW being high, along with low MCH, MCV, and MCHC, might suggest some mild anemia or other factors affecting red blood cells. Since you're not experiencing symptoms, its likely not a serious concern, but it's a good idea to follow up with your doctor to understand the context of these results.
