Question
I've had multiple eye surgeries including gas tamponade for retinal detachment 14 years ago and cataract surgery last year. Recently had silicon oil removal but my retina detached again. Now dealing with CNVM and silicon oil still in place. What's the safest way to remove the silicon oil without causing another retinal detachment? My vision is completely gone in that eye and I'm really worried about further complications
