I've had Vitiligo for 23 years and I'm currently taking Tab patchex and using tacrovera solution. I'm really curious about how effective these treatments are. Can you give me some insights?

Tab Patchex contains Pentoxyfylline and is used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It helps in improving blood circulation and reducing inflammation. The usual dosage is 400mg three times a day. Tacrovera solution contains Tacrolimus and is also used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It works by suppressing the immune system in the skin. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer on the affected skin twice daily. Both these medications have shown effectiveness in treating Vitiligo, but individual responses may vary. It is important to continue using them as prescribed by your doctor for the best results.
