I've had this white sticky stuff under my foreskin for years, but last week when I cleaned it, I noticed a bunch of tiny white pimples like 20 or 30 around the inside of my foreskin when I pulled it back. They're super small but freaking me out. I'm 19 and really stressed could this be something serious like penile cancer? Would surgery to remove the foreskin help? What could this be?
