Question
I've hurt the inside of my mouth while brushing my teeth and it's been really painful for about three days now. It's started affecting my teeth because of an ulcer. What can I do to help with the pain? I'm really struggling with this.

You may have developed a mouth ulcer due to the injury. To help with the pain and promote healing, you can use a topical oral gel containing Choline Salicylate and Cetalkonium Chloride. Apply the gel directly to the ulcer 3-4 times a day after meals and at bedtime. Additionally, you can take Ibuprofen 400mg tablets as needed for pain relief. Make sure to maintain good oral hygiene and avoid spicy or acidic foods that can irritate the ulcer.
