Question

I've just applied castor oil on my face for the first time, and suddenly I've got these small red bumps popping up all over. I'm not sure what's going on. Could you tell me what might be causing this and if there's any ointment or treatment I could use to help calm my skin down? Would appreciate any advice you have!
